Alun Faulkner is a highly experienced animal nutritionist and the National Technical Manager at Nutritech International, based in New Zealand. With over 30 years of commercial animal nutrition experience in both monogastric and ruminant nutrition, Alun focuses on delivering science-based, practical solutions to livestock producers across the country.
Holding a post graduate MSc. (Agric.) in Animal and Poultry Science, along with a BSc. (Agric.) and Management Development Programme (MDP), Alun is a multi- species nutritionist who works closely with dairy, beef, pig and poultry farmers across NZ to improve feed efficiency, animal health, and farm profitability.
He is a full member of the New Zealand Association of Ruminant Nutritionists (NZARN) and has held senior roles in companies such as Tegel Foods, NRM and Nutritech International Ltd, contributing to both technical development and strategic leadership.
